Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their own terms and policies, not these terms.

No Endorsement: While we carefully select and recommend domain registrars and services, NameCraftr does not endorse specific third parties and makes no representations about their products, services, or reliability. Your use of third-party services is entirely your choice and at your own risk.

Your Responsibility: Before completing any transactions on third-party sites, review their terms of service, privacy policies, and pricing. NameCraftr is not responsible for the actions, content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party site.

5. Domain Availability and Accuracy

No Guarantee: NameCraftr makes no guarantee that any domain listed will remain available or that information about a domain (such as pricing, registration status, or ownership) is accurate or current. Domain registries and registrars are constantly updated, and we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

Verification Required: Before attempting to purchase a domain, you must verify its availability and details directly with the registrar or marketplace. NameCraftr is not responsible for discrepancies between information shown on our platform and information on the registrar's website.

6. Data Collection and Analytics

User Content: By using NameCraftr, you retain ownership of any information you provide (such as account details). However, you grant NameCraftr a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this information to operate and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Third Parties: NameCraftr is not liable for any actions, omissions, products, services, or policies of third-party domain registrars, marketplaces, or other linked sites. You use these services entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Damages: In no event shall NameCraftr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: NameCraftr's total liability to you for any claim arising from these ToS shall not exceed the amount you have paid to NameCraftr in the past 12 months, or if you have not made any payment, zero (0).

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

NameCraftr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Account Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us with a termination request.

Termination by Us: NameCraftr may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your saved domains and account data may be deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Cyprus, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, that provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craftr regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
